Our web store has a 3-day return policy. Any unwanted items must be shipped within 3 days of receipt.
Any returned merchandise without prior written communication and a valid authorization number will not be accepted.
All items approved for return must be in brand new, unworn condition and accompanied by proof of purchase within 3 days from the purchase date.
Goods are dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday. All orders are shipped via SF and DHL. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email, which can be used to track your shipment on sf-express.com and dhl.com.
